Silky Oaks Lodge, located along the beautiful Mossman river just outside Mossman Gorge, is a place where visitors can encounter aboriginal culture and believes and understand their connection with nature. This is an area where the world’s oldest continuously surviving rainforest lives with its complex ecosystems; it is considered the evolution beginnings of many of Australian endemic species of plants and animals.
The luxurious Treehouses are design to completely immerge guests in the extraordinary surrounding nature, isolating with only sounds of birdsongs, the Mossman river, opossums, butterflies.

Questo non è un set cinematografico sfarzoso, ma piuttosto una fattoria all’aperto.
Ampiamente ristrutturato nel 2011, è più “magico” ora rispetto agli anni precedenti, dato che il set completo è rimasto come nei film.
