We cannot compliment enough Progetto Australia for how well our holiday was planned before it and during it. For someone like us with limited English to have a phone contact (Australian number provided by this agency) accessing local Italian speaking assistance and sms service confirming each day airport or tours pickups, it was an outstanding service that allowed us to enjoy our holiday in total independence. We visited many places and cities at our own pace.  We came to know Progetto Australia by chance while surfing the internet. We had a try by requesting a personalized itinerary hoping to join an organised tour group with similar departure dates than ours at a cheaper cost than other tour operators. The idea of travel on our own wasn’t contemplated at first, but with this team fierce guidance we embarked on a new adventure. After 25 days and 13 flights (domestic and international and only one hour of delay) we cannot thank Paola enough for what she did for us. Especially for surprising us in Brisbane, her city of residence, where she took us on a city tour. We congratulate you on your work and we will recommend Progetto Australia to any fellow travelling friends.
